A Visionary Mountain Retreat in Talking Rock, GA

In early 2025, construction on two custom homes (architecturally designed by James Knight, interior design by Reynard Custom Homes) in Talking Rock, Georgia, nears its final phase.


These homes each offer over 4,000 square feet each, complete with finished basements and panoramic views of the majestic Blue Ridge mountains. The semi attached homestead sits on a spacious property (well over 300 acres) and both a testament to modern design and craftsmanship to enhance luxurious mountain living.


Both homes were carefully planned to maximize the surrounding mountain views, blending seamlessly with the region's natural beauty. The exteriors feature striking designs with gabled roofs, expansive glass windows, and rich color palettes that reflect the tones of the nearby landscape.
